Proxy War

If you owed money to the bank, do you think for even one second they would allow you to make any more purchases? Would you be allowed to keep spending, or would they shut you down as a possible threat? If you owed $30 TRILLION! to the rest of the world, would you still be able to not only appropriate, but purposefully MISappropriate even more money???
